Requests are now inside Banger Button.
The DJ opens the request tab. The guest scans a QR code. Then they send a song request from their phone.
In the demo, the request is 24K Magic by Bruno Mars. The guest can add their name. They can also add a birthday shout out.
Then the DJ sees the request inside Banger Button.
From there, the DJ can drag the song into Serato. The request can also be played or dismissed.
That word is polite. But every working DJ knows what it means.
No, Brad. We are not playing your six-minute remix during dinner.
This fits under DJ Library Organization, Playlist Strategy, and Workflow Systems because the request flow stays inside the DJ’s process.
The Real Problem With Requests
Requests are not the problem.
The way people make requests is the problem.

It also improves switching between DJ software. Empty library states are clearer too.
